We’re leveraging our expertise in
GenAI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Engineering to help our clients make data-driven decisions with confidence. Our
Engineering & Analytics team is growing, and we are looking for a
GenAI Engineer who is curious and eager to grow with us. As a
GenAI Engineer you will uncover
scalable AI solutions that create real business value, while applying state-of-the-art GenAI, Python development, cloud platforms, and modern MLOps for CI/CD and monitoring.
You’ll be part of a true collective, working alongside AI and Data Engineers, to deliver impact-driven solutions.
Where you’ll make an impact
Build and scale cutting-edge GenAI solutions
- Implement state-of-the-art GenAI applications at scale for major corporations
- Develop and implement custom AI systems for our clients (e.g. agentic workflows, RAG-based systems, domain specific AI assistants)
- Design end-to-end GenAI pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact
- Design and maintain evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure model quality, detect regressions, and drive continuous improvement
- Work hands-on in the cloud (infrastructure setup, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Stay ahead of the evolving AI landscape and apply new developments effectively
- Implement evolving best practices in agentic engineering, resulting in robust, high-quality AI and data systems
Turn complex business needs into AI solutions
- Help build end-to-end AI solutions: from understanding requirements and contributing to solution design, to supporting deployment in production
- Translate business needs into clear technical tasks and document them in a structured way that the team and clients can understand
- Collaborate with senior team members to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI solutions address real client challenges
- Participate in client meetings and working sessions, helping to explain technical concepts in a clear way
Shape ADC’s growth in Sweden and the Nordics
- Assist in managing projects from scoping to execution by supporting planning, follow-ups, and coordination between stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality work that strengthens ADC’s reputation with clients and builds trust in our expertise
- Support ADC’s growth in Sweden and the Nordics by contributing to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
What You Bring

Ideally, For This Role, That Means
- 1+ years of experience in one of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science or Machine Learning - ideally gained in consulting or project-based work
- Experience and interest in Software development (Python), NLP algorithms/LLMs, AI development frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, Llamaindex) or Cloud technologies
- A quantitative academic background: AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics or related field
- The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change
- A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
- Fluency in English
